I am an instructional designer and elearning developer with 10 years of experience in course design, facilitation, and elearning content development. I am also a musician who enjoys sharing my love of music with others. Throughout my career I have excelled at anticipating the needs of my learners and taken the time to generate engaging and effective courses that addresses those needs. I believe that each participant has valuable insight to provide and rely heavily on their feedback, as well as self-reflection, to improve the efficacy of my instructional content.
